If you are not completely satisfied with PureBites, simply save the unused portion1, together with the proof of purchase2(if you bought elsewhere) and call or email us. We will gladly replace the product or refund your money.3
This guarantee does not extend beyond the expiration date of any product.
1: Unused portion of bags may need to be returned to us (we will pay for shipping) and photos of both the unused portion and the front and back of packaging will be required.
2: Your proof of purchase must contain a picture of the original purchase receipt which must include the following information: the retailer name and address, the purchase date, number of units and total price paid, and item descriptions
3: For your convenience, PureBites suggests Pet Parents go to the retailer for a refund. If the retailer refuses to refund the customer, PureBites will replace the product or refund the purchase price paid (PureBites’ choice) as long as the photos and proof of purchase as mentioned above are provided.
