Of the two most recent bags of treats I purchased directly from you, about 80% of the pieces are brittle and hard, so much so that the animals have a hard time biting them, but when they do, the parts break into shards or dust. I only tried a couple of pieces before throwing away most of the bags. I have attached a photo showing one good piece with four bad pieces.

I use this for his meals, combine 1 cup with unsalted chicken broth and different selection of vegetables for his breakfast each day. Then give him a 1/2 of kibbles.
